The Decorated Shop Window Display Competition is a long-standing community favourite that encourages local retailers to get involved in promoting the Kempsey Show. This competition celebrates creativity, local business and Show spirit throughout the Kempsey CBD.
Participating businesses are invited to decorate their shop windows with Show-themed imagery or products, helping to build excitement and awareness in the lead-up to the event.
Entry is free and open to local retailers.
To be included in judging, businesses must complete and submit the official entry form. Displays must feature Show-related themes and be visible for the full display period.
Each participating business will receive one two-day Show pass at the time of judging.
Judging will take place at random times during the advertised judging period.
First Prize: Perpetual Trophy with engraved business name and Champion Sash
Second Prize: Reserve Champion Sash and $25 prize money
Displays must be in place from 7 April to 30 April 2025.
Judging will occur at random times between 21 April and 29 April 2025.
Please ensure displays remain intact and visible for the full display period.
